The success of our sales department is down to the people in it. They are well trained and know all about – inter- and intra-departmental – communication. Project-orientated working is important; all involved feel a sense of responsibility and don't work for themselves, but instead in the team and in the interests of the customer. That is why it is important that employees react quickly and take action when problems arise; and that is best done by direct contact.

All departments are under one roof, which is very helpful. The equipment also plays a role here: the technical equipment in the sales department is as important and up-to-date as in development and production.
